Regular use can help tone your midriff and bottom whilst also improving mobility of the spine and hips, maintaining good joint flexibility.
The soft foam padding covering the hoop ensures comfort whilst working out as well as reducing impact. Our hoops feature moulded inner ridges or bumps on the inside rim which provide an intense abdominal workout as well as a stimulating body massage.

"I was so excited when I received my weighted hula hoop. It looks great and fitted together beautifully. Off I went only to find that it hurts me so I wrapped a jumper around my waist to pad me out a little. Today I'm covered in bruises. I think I need one without the notches. Its a great piece of equipment and of high quality but not for me."
