How to Use

Insert 1 or 2 FlexEze Heat Patches into Body Wrap without removal of backing paper.
Face paperside away from body. If not using Body Wrap, the Heat Patch can be adhered to underclothing. Do not apply directly to skin.
- Position wrap around desired treatment area and fasten velcro when in desired position.
Ideally suited for the low back region, but may also be wrapped around other joints and body parts.

Stayed warm for over 16 hours!
"I have endometriosis and PCOS, so use heat packs a lot. When I was in hospital recently, I was given these to help with abdominal pain and they are awesome! Mine stayed nicely stuck to my clothes and warm for over 16 hours! I normally use wheat bags at home but these would be perfect for when you need relief out and about (and discreetly) or when you have no access to a microwave. You also don’t risk burning yourself. Shipping was super fast, less than 24 hours! 10/10 would order from here again"
