"It is perfect size for one person use. I got the green medium and the blue firm. Have yet to use the blue (firm) one as the green (medium) one is still hard for me to use. I should have gotten a softer one to use first. I would recommend starting with something softer and working your way up to the firmer ones. There is no smell to these which is great."
