"Had a full knee replacement, and was struggling to get movement in the knee, and to start walking. So I ordered the Pedal Exerciser, it was delivered promptly. So easy to use, I started with 3 x 5 min reps, I’m into the 3rd week now doing 3 x 10 min reps. Walking a lot more and only use a walking stick on uneven ground, plus an added bonus…loosing a few kilos now a lot more active. PS my chiropractor recommended Allcare Pedal Exerciser and this week I’ve been in the Veggie Garden, planting my summer crop 🤗💐"
