"This is my first purhase of an abdominal binder. I find this a robust quality product with strong velcro. Effective for reducing heart rate in pots which was my goal. I takes quite a bit of adusting for me to get the right tension. I am not sure if another design with 3 separate velcro sections might be easier to manage but for now I am happy with this."
