They are great aids for aqua aerobics and also for use during rehabilitation following injury. Designed as a training aid, they help to build upper body strength.
Please note that a feature of these gloves are that the finger tips are exposed, however the thumb is fully enclosed and those with long nails may wish to purchase the larger glove.
Neoprene fabric with hook/loop adjustable wrist to ensure the perfect fit.
