The advantage of these types of weighted rope over other styles is that the actual weight is in the nylon woven rope. As the weight is evenly distributed throughout the actual rope it provides a more intense workout compared to ropes that have the weights just in the actual handles.
The woven nylon rope is extremely durable and has a PVC sleeve that protects the rope for outdoor use. This rope is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Ideal for crossfit and boxing training these weighted ropes vary in weight from 450gms to 920gms. Select the desired weight to your ability.

"Good value for money, except that the ropes is only 268cm long which is not quite long enough, causing trip-ups. At 184cm tall, my preferred length would be about 280 cm rope length. I'm guessing that with practice at a lower holding height, all should be ok. Still good value as extra weight DOES MAKE YOU WORK harder."

"This is a good jump rope. I got the 950gm one. It was so tightly curled up that it took some days to straighten it out. Try rotating it around a pole and stretching it out. The rope itself is thickish and you have to jump a bit more to clear it. The handles are where the manufacturers have to involve more. The grips with such heavier ropes are pretty flimsy and come out quickly. Otherwise good bang for the money."
