Lightweight and comfortable, this adjustable support helps relieve pain and will fit in any shoe. Recommended to help relieve arch pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis.
Instructions:
- Position support under center of arch with blue pad facing up
- Wrap strap on inside of foot over the top of foot. Secure the strap to the brace
- Wrap strap from outside of foot over the top of foot. Secure the strap to the brace
One Size: Measure around arch. Fits up to 45cm.
