"The cold compress is good but not one-size-fits-all. The size is no doubt a good average but for a bloke with a size 11 foot and swollen ankle post surgery, it doesn't go all the way around. Otherwise it's good, although I think the design could be improved. The velcro on the cold pact insert is not necessary and makes it hard to fit the outer sleeve snugly."
